Crossing World Borders on Twitter

FIFA are Stealing World Cup Tickets From Their Customers

June 7, 2014 9:58 am    |    by Jonny Blair

This may come as a shock to some, but not to others. With the world’s greatest tournament, the football World Cup on during June and July 2014, everyone’s eyes will be glued to the screen watching. But even better is to be there at the World Cup watching it live from the stands of Brazil.

However sadly for some fans, corruption within FIFA has led to the deliberate theft of their own customers World Cup tickets. That’s right, FIFA are stealing World Cup tickets as soon as they have printed them.

FIFA are stealing World Cup tickets

The staff in England, Switzerland and Italy that are responsible for printing and putting the tickets into envelopes for posting to customers have been stealing these tickets. The tickets all have names on them and though FIFA claim that these people are the ones that have to go, that’s another lie – anyone can use these tickets.

After stealing tickets from their customers, the FIFA staff then sell the tickets on, to any range of companies for selling, on the black market. This is an act of disgraceful corruption from FIFA and the truth will come out eventually.

The most sought after tickets in the World Cup are for the Opening game, the Brazil v. Mexico game, the Spain v. Netherlands game and the Semi Finals and Final. FIFA staff make it their priority to find out which customers have ordered these tickets. Then instead of posting them to customers, FIFA print them, steal them and sell them on.

The scam goes even further. These tickets have never even been received by DHL, responsible for shipping the World Cup tickets. That means FIFA are solely responsible for the theft of the tickets which are making their way onto the black market. Even worse is that FIFA will not contact those customers who have had tickets stolen, nor will they update their account with a delivery record number (as one doesn’t exist) and FIFA never intended to post these tickets to their customers – selling them on for profit was their incentive.

They will wait until the customers contact them worried about the whereabouts of their tickets. For some, it was just a week before the World Cup when the fans started to get suspicious and ask “where are my tickets?”. Telephone and e-mail responses from FIFA have been horrendous, with the following claims being made:

1. FIFA claiming customers will get their tickets and they just need to wait (this was told on the phone to one customer just FOUR days before the match they had a ticket four, and two days before the flight.

2. FIFA sending generic email responses to customers which had no relevance to the questions asked.

3. FIFA refusing point blank to give their customers their seat numbers over the phone (the reason they hide this information is because they know full well that the tickets with those seats are already stolen and are being sold on the black market and they will have to be forced to give the customers an alternative seat number)

4. FIFA using DHL as the reason for the non delivery of tickets. They told one customer to contact DHL and give the reference number. That customer, of course had no reference number, nor had DHL even received their tickets as FIFA stole them.

5. FIFA telling customers they entered incorrect addresses for delivery and using this fake as an excuse for non delivery of tickets. Appalling.

6. FIFA sending an email to customers who they stole tickets from, saying “your tickets could not be delivered” and asking the customers to collect their tickets in Brazil. These tickets are new tickets and the stolen ones still apply.

On a final note, if you possess tickets for the World Cup with the following names on them, they are stolen tickets and not valid for any matches: JONNY SCOTT BLAIR, YU PAN YU, MURIEL BLAIR, JOSEPH BLAIR. Anyone who possesses these tickets is liable for prosecution and/or imprisonment. If you have seen or been offered the above tickets, please leave a comment below or get in touch with jonny (at) dontstopliving (dot) net.

The truth will eventually come out and FIFA’s ongoing corruption will be exposed yet again. More details on stolen World Cup tickets is here.
