With our extensive travels to the United States, we yet again share our visa tips on visiting the “land of the free”. Firstly, a load of nationalities can now apply online for what is known as an esta. An esta is the visa that Nationals from countries such as Norway, Ireland, United Kingdom and France need. A full list of countries that need an esta for the USA is here, a total of 38 nationalities: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom. First of all, there are lots of different types of Chinese visas available if you are keen to travel and work in China, although they are all referred to by letters (Z, Y etc…) as well as having ordinary names too (the various types of visa are of course valid in different circumstances, which I will detail in this post).
